Matt Harper is the founder and driving force behind Harper & Company, bringing more than 40 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. With a Master of Science in Geology and a lifelong passion for building, Matt combines technical knowledge, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for materials and structure to deliver exceptional custom homes and restoration projects.

Christopher Lish - Project Manager / Superintendent
Christopher brings over a decade of hands-on construction experience to Harper & Co. With a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Business Management, he combines practical expertise with a strong foundation in project leadership and client service. Christopher is passionate about the building process and thrives on turning complex challenges into refined, creative solutions, ensuring each home is as functional as it is exceptional.
